We aim to make your Wedding the happiest day of your life and to ensure that you enjoy a day that you and your Guests will never forget.

We can arrange for a civil ceremony to be held in the Hotel with restaurant or function facilities available thereafter, if required. Wedding receptions can also be catered for, to follow a ceremony at another location, perhaps at a registry office or church.

Weddings are held in our award winning RiverHill Restaurant that can seat up to 75 people in comfort.

The RiverHill enjoys views across our landscaped gardens, which you are free to use during the day. They make the perfect location for photographs or even a Champagne reception for you and your guests on arrival.

Our staff, who all have extensive Wedding experience, will ensure that your big day really is a day to remember.

Please feel free to have a "no obligation" meeting with our Hotel Manager, who will be more than happy to show the facilities we have to offer you. We offer complete Wedding packages or we are happy to work in conjunction with your own florists. Simply contact us for full details.

The RiverHill is a privately owned hotel where you are always assured of a warm welcome from both the proprietors and their staff.

To the rear of the hotel the RiverHill offers a beautiful large garden for your wedding photographs.

Accommodation

• Hotel rooms are available at our special weekend rates for guests staying after a function.
• Included in the cost is a cake stand, knife and fresh flowers.
• Our policy is to keep prices as competitive as possible, but we reserve the right to alter without notice.
• Should you need to cancel your confirmed booking less than three months prior to the date of function, the full cost will be charged, six months prior - 50% of cost, nine months to 1 year - 25%.
  

Booking Your Function

• Provisional bookings are held for 7 days. After this a deposit of £250.00 for a function is payable when the booking is confirmed.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• A room hire charge may be applicable depending on number of persons attending function.

Payment

Accounts are to be completed and paid for fourteen days prior to the function based on the final numbers advised on that day. Any extras can be settled on the day of the function.

The Prestige Package ~ £1,725.00

This package is available from Monday to Friday with the price based on
50 day guests, though if you wish we can cater for up to 75 day time guests. We will give you a special rate for any additional guests.

• A Three Course Wedding Breakfast, based on a set menu, with Coffee for 50 covers
• Wine on arrival and during your meal with a sparkling wine for your toast, for 50 covers
• Flowers for your tables
• Cake Stand and Fresh Flowers
  

The Total Cost £1,599.00

The Green Package ~ £1,999.00

The price is based on 50 day guests, though if you wish we can cater for up to 75 day time guests. We will give you a special rate for any additional guests.

• A Three Course Wedding Breakfast, based on set menus A, B or C with coffee.
• Red, Rose or White wine on arrival
• Red, Rose or White wine during your meal.
• French Sparkling wine for your toast
• Flowers for your tables
• Cake Stand and Knife

The Platinum Package ~ £5,400.00 / £5,900.00

Friday or Sunday ~ £5,400.00 / Saturday ~ £5,900.00 with private use of our restaurant for your day and night time.

The Price is based on up to 60 day guests and 80 evening guests

• A Three Course Wedding Breakfast (menu A, B or C) with Coffee
• Wine on arrival and during your meal
• French sparkling wine for your toast,
• Flowers for your tables
• An Evening Buffet (A) for 80 covers
• Disco
• Table linen and cloth napkins

Private use of our restaurant for your day and night time.

The Price is based on up to 60 day guests and 80 evening guests
