Layers of aubergine with spiced lentils, tomato and topped with cheese sauce

Thai Green Vegetables
Seasonal vegetables infused with Thai flavours, cooked in coconut milk and served with wild rice

Roasted Butternut Squash and Mushroom
Served in a creamy cheddar sauce with spinach and topped with pastry

 

All main courses are served with a selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes
