Hot and spicy mushroom broth with chopped coriander 

 

Tomato and Red Pepper Soup
Roasted tomato and red pepper soup served with chives and croutons

 

Mussels and Clams
Classic “Menuire” in a white wine and parsley sauce served with toasted bread

 

Sea Trout
Grilled  fillet  of sea trout with celeriac puree, and leek ribbons 

 

Free Range Chicken Terrine
Pressed free range chicken terrine topped with port jelly
served with warm toast and fig chutney

 

Melon and Ham 
Thinly slices of Cantaloupe melon with Serano ham and red wine and port jelly

Pork Fillet
Pan roasted fillet of pork served with spiced sweet potato and rosemary jus

 
Red Bream
Oven baked bream served with courgettes and British asparagus, fish cream

 

Rump Steak
Pan fried rump steak with peppercorn sauce

 
Rump of Lamb  (£2.50 Supplement)
Pan roasted rump with butternut squash puree, rosemary jus


Lamb Liver
Served with creamy mash potato, peas, bacon sauce


Chicken Breast
Corn fed chicken breast served with peas, lettuce and bacon with a red wine sauce

 

Hake
Pan roasted Hake served with buttered spinach and shrimp sauce
